Groups open to all
Starting from 12 September 2011, the following groups will be taking place for the winter season 2011-12 at Omilos Eksipiretiton:

Relaxation group,every Monday 21:00-21:30 and Thursday 20:00-20:30.
Relaxation is the beginning of the course towards the quest of our inner Self. Relaxation instantly brings calmness and a sense of well-being, and at the same is the base of a later on deepening into the Self through meditation. Only after we learn how to relax can we pass into real meditation and express our spiritual nature.

Our new group, Man and Woman: the magical journey of unionevery second Monday, 21:30-22:30.
The relationship of man and woman is a journey. Through that journey each one discovers oneself in the other and they become one. They learn to accept and love themselves and also their partner in life; to generously offer and embrace their partner completely. Doing so while realizing the strenght and the potential that exists in us as well as in our partner, we experience the magic of union every single moment.
Mrs Klairi Lykiardopoulou will lead this group. She is the president of the Servers’ Society since its foundation, spiritual healer with over thirty years of experience in the spiritual field and writer of 19 books of esoteric and social content.

An Inner Insight into Music,every last Monday of the month, 21:30-22:30.
Spirituality is expressed through many different ways; one of them is music. Music uplifts us and vibrates our soul, so that we can let all the energies and powers to be freely diffused towards everyone. This group offers an inner insight into the work of great musicians and composers. Their work is presented with the help of audiovisual means as well as live performed music.
We are expecting you all in order to meet and discuss personally!
