How did life originate and develop on our planet?
Is there life outside of Earth?
Science – as we are going to see – attempts to give answers to these questions developing various theories that sometimes supplement and others undermine one another.
One thing is for certain, though: the same stardust that gave birth to the suns and the planets, also gives birth to life.
