Open theatre of Sofiko: a night dedicated to philosophy, poetry and chorodromena

On Friday 26/08/2011, in the beautiful theatre of Sofiko we hosted a night dedicated to philosophy and poetry.

The event opened with the presentation of the life and the work of the great philosopher Socrates, which generated some interesting ideas to the audience and constituted the incentive for a warm conversation on the philosophical thinking and its role in the expression of our inner self.

A tribute to poetry succeeded. Recently awarded in the World Congress of Poets held in Larissa, Ms Kostopetrou the person in charge of the publications and our associate, Ms Christodoulidis recited their winning poems. Ms Ergazaki recited poems from her new collection “Small Temples on a Wave”, as well as other associates of our publishing house recited abstracts from collections that soon will be published.

The magical landscape and the starry night composed the scenery for the presentation of Chorodromena which concluded this lovely night.
